Client – Glendonald School for Deaf Children

Commissioner – Artist in School program in conjunction with Ministry for the Arts. Dimensions – approx. 6m x 18m (not including mosaic on ceiling

Project – To produce a glass mural which indicates to the pupils the vast number of techniques that can be applied to glass and its flexibility as a communicative medium
Materials – Mirror, stained glass, fumed glass, black glass, gold glass, bevelled mirror, laminated glass, etched glass, brass, acrylic, copper, diffraction gratings & foiled glass
Technique – Mosaic, inlay lamination, etching, diamond engraving, hand coloured, metal foiling of glass
Note – site has now been redeveloped – art work no longer exists
